I need help!!! Lightburn 1.0 won’t send my file to my laser. It will frame and everything but won’t send the file so I can’t cut. Can I redownload the old version till you fix the bug in the new version?
What kind of computer are you using? MacOS, by chance, connected using USB?

Yes I am using a Mac and USB. I tried downloading the older version but that’s saying it’s not compatible with the Mac now. I am so upset. I have orders to fill 
It’s compatible. I’m not sure why you think it wouldn’t be, but possibly the “unrecognized developer” popup that’s easily bypassed?
