100w laser problem Need help

Need your help!
I have a 100w 4x4’ co2 laser. I always have a shift to the left. The set up is tb6600 driver with nema 23 36v driven by a 3D cohesion board and controlled by lightburn.
I tried a lot of things to correct the problem here they are …

  • realigned the whole machine
  • realigned the mirrors several times
  • tried new drivers
  • new Powers supply
  • new motor
  • new pully
  • new belt and tension
  • a new board cohesion 3D
  • change the driver / board wiring
  • change the motor amperage
  • recalculated the steps
  • test 16bit 32bit
  • I have insulated wires and insulated the board / driver wires
  • I shortened the x axis wire because my machine has 4x4’
  • try the board with the same programmation on my k40 and all is perfect .
    I have no more ideas
I really need your help !!
    Thank you
