Need your help!
I have a 100w 4x4’ co2 laser. I always have a shift to the left. The set up is tb6600 driver with nema 23 36v driven by a 3D cohesion board and controlled by lightburn.
I tried a lot of things to correct the problem here they are …
- realigned the whole machine
- realigned the mirrors several times
- tried new drivers
- new Powers supply
- new motor
- new pully
- new belt and tension
- a new board cohesion 3D
- change the driver / board wiring
- change the motor amperage
- recalculated the steps
- test 16bit 32bit
- I have insulated wires and insulated the board / driver wires
- I shortened the x axis wire because my machine has 4x4’
- try the board with the same programmation on my k40 and all is perfect .
I have no more ideas
