Hello I currently have GRBL setup on a shapeoko with a 7wJTech laser. I now have a 50w red and black that uses a ruida controller.
I also will be using 2 different laptops 1 to control each unit.
My question is do I need to purchase the complete DSP version on the second laptop to run the 50w? I think it will be more simple if I do it this way?? Even though I have already paid 40.00 for the GRBL…

You can purchase our upgrade from GCode to DSP using the link below. This will provide support for both of your systems. The LightBurn license provides 2 seats so you should have what is needed to set up the workflow you describe.
