2 lasers from 1 pc?

Hi, hopefully an easy question for someone done it, or Admin.

I am waiting on delivery of my 2nd laser machine. And I want to know if I can run both lasers from the same Laptop using LB.

1st laser is 1200 x 900 connected via Ethernet cable
2nd laser is 2500 x 1300 connected via USB.

If I choose the connection in devices in Lightburn will it 1, connect to the other machine (this I think it will ok) and 2, change the bed size/settings associated with that machine?

Assuming you have setup two discrete devices then yes and yes. Alternatively, you can control both lasers concurrently if you run multiple instances of LightBurn.
