Win11 updated from Win10

Could not get to Forum, but LightburnSoftware.com is ok. Could not find a setting that cleared it up. Did a Win11 Repair, which took 3 hours, and it fixed it. Good for about a week, including today. Now it says “Site not found”. Site is good because tablet works fine, like right now.
Any Win11 users out there have any suggestions on how I can get it to open up for the Forum? I cannot find familiar settings now.

Chrome. Cookies should be ok, it worked for a week.
I do not web surf on this machine. Just use it for Lightburn, MillMage, and Forum.
Never had issue with Win10.
I tried on my Win11 machine (this one) and it appears to be working. So the issue is with the Win10 to Win11 upgrade.

Yes, sitting next to laptop with tablet.
What bugs me is it worked for a week after a 3-hour “repair”. Looks like another 3-hour “fix” and turn off those #!%&$#% Windows updates to see if that stops it.
Run Command Prompt as Admin:
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
…Reboot PC
Did not work.
Network adaptor set to Manual
8.8.8.8 Google
1.1.1.1 Cloudflare
Did not work.
Reboot router, and then PC.
WORKED!!!
I have no idea why this fixed the problem, but at least now I have a (clunky) solution.
