After entering $32=1 so that transverse lines do not engrave why does it keep reverting back to $32=0? In the console command line I am typing $32=1 and entering.
Does it say “Ok” or just ignore it?
UNFORTUNATELY, it has been discovered that some controllers will not (manufacturer’s decision) let you change some GRBL parameters. On a laser, the $32 should already be set to enable laser.
You might complain to Lunyee to see if they can send you another laser enabled controller board.
Another long shot is to use GRBL-M3, which was for old GRBL controllers.
