Hello, I purchased lightburn for my ortur lm2 with no problems. I recently purchased a 50 watt omtech laser (Trocen) and tried to communicate with the laser but could not, after some research I discovered that I needed to purchase the dsp version of lightburn and did so. I deleted my previous license key# and used the new one provided. Lightburn could not find my laser automatically so I chose to locate it manually and it was listed…I went through the steps indicated and I am still unable to communicate with the controller. I am new to laser engraving so any assistance would be appreciated.
Did you select ‘FTDI’ drivers during download?
Have a look in the 'search (FTDI).
