No need for a voltmeter on the machine.
The IN or the Ruida LPWM1 output will read a percentage set on the layer. The ttl signal is 5V, a 50% pwm will read 2.5V at 20% it will read 1 volt…
The laser is fired by the L input going low… Both of these can be measured with your voltmeter…
