This may be filed under “I’m the only person who will ever need this” but… I’m constantly trying to use my remote with one finger, which is impossible with the curved-bottom style of remote I ended up with. We have a TV in the kitchen and I have one in the workshop. In both cases my hands are often full when I want to mute or pause or whatever and all that does is tip the remote to one side.
After a bit of Lightburn magic I made a plywood version then a mahogany one.
BTW, does anyone else find African Mahogany / Sapele one of the most difficult wood types to cut? I can cut much harder species with more success. Mahogany is alway the first to burn for me.
