I have had this software since 11/15/21 and when I tried to use Lightburn today it told me that I needed to enter the Activation Code. I entered the code that I originally had gotten and a window came up that said “Activation limit has been reached”. I do have this on two computers but it has been on both computers since I bought the software. I sent an email to support but I have not heard back from them yet. I was going to see if anyone else had this problem and had an answer. Thanks!
In the upper right of the forum window is a link to the license portal…
That can happen if “enough” changes on your computer that it fools the license system into thinking it’s a different machine. Usually this is a hardware change, but significant OS updates can cause it too.
If you’re comfortable using the license portal you can remove the computer from there, then re-enter the key, or you can email support (include your license key) and we’ll help you there.
