I want to cut out figure with lasercutting. The illustrations are also already in dxf format, but this is not one-piece. So I need to add brides before I can finally cut out the product. Is there any way in Lightburn or other softwares to make this automated so that the bridges don’t have to be added manually?
Double click on the layer list for the appropriate entry, turn on Bridges, set to Auto and adjust number of bridges to suit your requirements.
If you discover that the DXF file is composed of multiple short segments, you may have to join the segments first, or your results will be inconsistent and confusing.
