How does one do that? I got a third Aeon, and now a galvo. My license is expired, so I suppose I need the new key from the third Aeon to activate ‘upgrades’ again, and I want to add galvo capabilities…

I believe you would need to renew your current license and then upgrade to the galvo. As far as your new key I would email support.
I believe technically you could upgrade without renewing and get access to all versions of the software up to your validity period. If that happens to cover through the 1.2.x series then that will likely get you all of the base galvo functionality.
