Adjust z on the fly in fixed increments

Hi guys, is it possible to move the Z-axis up/down by a fixed, specific increment on the fly while a job is running (or alternatively, when pausing a job).

I have a Thunder Nova 35, and while can bump Z up/down on the fly directly from the controller…it’s not accurate or precise. So I basically want it to move up/down 0.1mm for example, regardless of how long I press the button.

You can adjust z in Lightburn but I am not sure if it can be done ‘on the fly’…

… You can say how much each press moves the z axis.
