Air assist communication problem

hi, running lb 1.4.03 sometimes high air assist turns on and sometimes not.
running same file multiple times. getting concerned. could have a fire!
is anyone else having this problem .

If running the same file with the same configuration & options produces different results, then it’s not a software or configuration problem.

I assume “high air assist” means you have installed the dual air flow plumbing, so there may be a failing connection from the controller board to those solenoids / relays. Check that wiring carefully, as the screws in the connectors can work themselves loose and produce baffling symptoms.
