hello, when I want to write and cut in lb, the air assist turns off and on every time I cut a letter. I want it to stay on throughout the job. is there a tutorial to do this?

I (we) have no idea how you have your air assist ‘wired’ up to the Ruida.
The ‘general’ hookup is ‘Status’ sink enables the low pressure air when it’s in ‘Run’ mode. If the executing layer has ‘air assist’ enabled then ‘Wind’ will sink, usually another solenoid and bypass the restrictor to enable full air pressure to the head…
You need to advise us of how it’s configured.
