My air assist stopped working. Yes it is enabled. My issue is at idle the +24v and wind are showing 21 volts at idle. when I connect the solenoid there is no voltage at idle and nothing when running a project. Air is enable in machine settings. and in the layers. From what I’m gathering it seems to be the opto-isolator ? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Some assumptions:
- The valve solenoids connect to +24 V and the controller output terminals
- You are measuring the voltages with respect to the
GNDpin on the controller
If so, then the terminals should be:
- Nearly +24 V when the machine is idle: valve closed
- Nearly 0 V (
GND) when the terminal is active: valve open
Which of those outcomes doesn’t happen?
