A few questions:

  1. Is your machine homing properly?
  2. What “Start From” mode are you using?
  3. Can you run these commands in Console and return output?
$H
$I
$#
?

Note that the first command will home the laser to be prepared for it.

yes I will

This is the likely source of your issue. There is an unwanted offset being configured.

You may be able to recover this by resetting your configuration.

Run this in Console:

$RST=*

That should resolve the issue but I’ve seen cases where for some reason the reset fails.

In either case, after attempting to reset I suggest you update to the latest firmware as Ortur has fixed the issue that causes this unexpected offset to be configured.

It worked thank you. can I
get the update at OTUR?

Yes. Although your specific model is slightly unusual so not sure which firmware it would be.

Not sure if the S0 model is the same as S2.

@OrturTech may be able to provide some insight.

Firmware found here:
https://ortur.tech/latest-firmware/

Try this for me
a) In console type
$RST=*
press enter
B) home machine
Once done, copy/paste full content of console
c) Open yoru project, post full screenshot of your lightburn showing specially laser pannel
