it cuts just fine when i sett up a test square, but if i try adding a picture or even just a circle i get this error.

ive used lightburn on a different laser up until now and never had this error before.
Alarm 3 says the E-stop button was hit. I doubt you leaned on it while the machine was running. Does it stop in the same place every time or is the “on or near line” different each time? If it appears random, I would suspect a loose terminal connection on the E-stop button, or at the Controller board.
i believe it stops at the same time but the kicker is that if its a cut with a curve it stops but if i swap it with a line it cuts fine and reliably every time.
could there be a problem where the circles have too mutch info so the machine cant deal with it?
i do NOT understand how this works. turns out it was not sett to the right configuration… once put to the right one the laser works just fine… how did it cut squares earlier? i do not know.
