Alarm:9 Issue Homing fail. Could not find limit switch within search distance. Defined as 1.5* max_travel on search and 5* pull off on locate phases

I’m new in laser engraving but I have this problem and I don’t know how to fixed.I have an Atomstack A5 Pro connected to Mac computer.

How does your machine home? Do you do it manually or do you home by pressing home button?
If it homes when you start program or press the button what does it do?

Start when I press the start button and later move to the front left corner and start with a wear sound.

I would say then that the laser is not hitting a switch or one of the switches is bad.
You can move laser to center and press home and then press each switch to see if it stops laser on each axis. If it does, then laser is not tripping one or both of the switches.

The Atomstack A5 Pro does not have limit switches and therefore you can’t use the homing functionality. Never click on that button
And type $22=0 in that console window and press return. Then you disabled it completely. Also make sure to turn off " auto home on startup" in device settings.
