Algolaser Alpha 20

Hi i have an Algolaser alpha 20 its been working fine for the last 5 laser jobs now i have an problem i am using Lightbern as my programme but comes up gbl as my port
The laser moves ok as i framing but i have no green lights on top of my laser to say its working so no laser fire to create an image the laser moves as though its lasering but nothing happening ait assist pump works and all leads are ok any help would be grateful Cheers Jonathan

Check the connector to the laser module. It can either be loose or the wires have broken.
