I’ve seen a number of similar issues on this forum recently.
Go to Edit->Device Settings and review the Scanning Offset Adjustment area. Look at the Initial Offset values. If they are anything other than 0s then redo them with 0s for Initial Offset.
This should resolve the issue.
@Rick Could this be a systematic issue with how devices are being converted in a recent upgrade?
