There is a small but annoying bug with variable text feature. When you have a file open with a CSV file populated and you open a file without one, it doesn’t clear the csv file field before opening the new file. Which makes it so when you save the once non-variable text file now has the same file as the previous file in the field. not a problem until you close and reopen the non-variable text file and it complains with a popup that it can’t find the file.
When editing 30 files and you now have references to one of those files using a csv, it’s extremely annoying to either have to clear the field and resave each file and make sure you didn’t reopen one containing an actual csv or the whole sequence starts again.
