In the past I used the Array Tool to quickly produce Tabs and Slots for a box using the Array Tool then simply aligning the boxes evenly along the side of the box using alignment tools. Has something changed in 2.0.2, where I am not longer getting actual boxes but dashed outlines only. Those are not able to to be aligned along the edge as in the past.

Please share screenshots showing what you are experiencing. A bit difficult to “see” what you are describing. My best guess is you may have created a Virtual Array instead of a regular Grid Array of shapes. Click the links for more on the differences. 
Rick, problem solved! In the future I will indeed include a pic. Lightburn is such a robust tool with such power. Now I’m curious as to how I might use a Virtual Array versus a standard one. Even at 79, every moment of everyday is a learning. Keeps me young.
