Art Library is unable to load. When I search for the file, I see multiple versions of the Art Library files, each one somehow showing up as a pdf file. Not sure if this is Mac OS specific.
The libraries would randomly be available to load in LB, then be gone. I’d save several images, would be able to access it for a few days. Then the whole library is missing from the LB list. Seems like it automatically creates a new (empty) library. I’m on Art Library 10. ugh! Help please.
If Finder is showing the “kind” of file as PDF I’m guessing you’re not seeing the true file extension. It’s likely that the files are actually named something like “Art Library 2.lbart.pdf”.
Follow the guide here to get Finder to show you the true file extensions.

Then make sure the extensions are actually .lbart.

I went ahead and followed the link to show the true file extension. Interestingly, they do show up as .lbart files…but only two of the 10 or so show the type as “document” vs “pdf document.”
The ones that show as “document” appear in LB. The others don’t. I have no idea how those were changed/classified. I’d just like to be able to access them within LB (and not keep creating more libraries (from scratch).

Can you upload one of the files showing as PDF? I’ll see if it’s indeed a .lbart file.
