I am new to engraving, I was just getting to hang of using my 10 watt creality laser engraver, and it was working perfectly. I then had a break for a few months as I was moving from Switzerland back to Ireland and now I can’t get the laptop as I used to use to connect back to my laser engraver. I’m totally computer illiterate and I struggle to work such devices, so can anyone give me simple advice on what my problem could be!!!

Have you selected your Machine in the Laser window and Selected the correct Com Port (usb cable from laptop to machine).
If you get a tone from Windows when you plug it in, try deleting the Device and adding it back manually.
If not, try a different USB cable.
