I have one CO2 laser which works great on flat surfaces (rotary issues, that will be my next question). I also have two diode lasers, both of which the Y-axis does not move. The Y-axis on the Omtech B10 had worked before. Is there something I am doing wrong with the latest update?

You are leaving out some information, like what you did physically with the GRBL machines. Also, you do not state what happens when you power up the machine? Can it Home properly?
Lightburn has no control over any of this. It simply issues commands to the controller and the controller works, or it does not.
Try issuing G01 Y5.0 in the Console Window. What does the Yaxis do? What does the controller report back?
