habe seit gestern meinen Hurricane. Leider stimmt irgendwas mit den Koordinaten in Lightburn nicht. Habe meine Origin links unten in der Ecke gesetzt, beim Homing fährt der Laserkopf aber oben links in die Ecke. Außerdem kann ich keine absoluten Koordinaten auswählen, beim kalibrieren der Kamera läuft der Laserkopf nach hinten in den Endabschalter.

I’ve had my Hurricane since yesterday. Unfortunately, something’s wrong with the coordinates in Lightburn. I set my origin in the bottom left corner, but when homing, the laser head moves to the top left corner. I also can’t select absolute coordinates, and when calibrating the camera, the laser head moves backward into the limit switch.
You cannot tell Lightburn to move the Home position of the laser. Home is a hardware function determined by limit switches. When you Home the machine, that becomes the Origin. You need to tell Lightburn which of the 4 positions matches your machine.
If you tell Lightburn the actual Home position, then Absolute Coords should work just fine.

Set Lightburn to the correct corner, Home the machine, and report the positions showing in the Move window.
Wo kann ich denn die Position melden? bzw. welchen Button muss ich drücken? Vielen Dank für deine Hilfe.
Das habe ich bereits gemacht und das ist ja auch das eigentliche Problem, es funktioniert nicht und der Hurricane fährt dann in die entgegengesetzte X Y Richtung.

It sounds like the machine is not set up properly.
Verify each step in the order listed. If any are not correct, come back and tell us what you see as incorrect. We will then talk about adjusting GRBL parameters. The machine has to be set up properly before any parts can be made.
Vielen Dank für deine ausführliche Hilfe. Habe es jetzt hin bekommen das der Laser zumindest mal läuft und in die richtige Richtung fährt. Was echt eigenartig ist: Fahre den Laser per Klick in die Home Position, dann sollte ja oben rechts in der Anzeige Position X: 0,0 Y: 0,0 stehen. Beim mir steht aber X: 0,0 Y: 300 ??? Das ist echt eigenartig.
Nein. Deine Homeposition ist hinten links? Vorne links ist für LB immer 0,0, wenn dein Laser also nach hinten links referenziert, dann ist er danach auf der Position 0,300 (also MaxY). Das ist genau richtig.
Die Home Position ist hinten rechts, das spielt aber ja keine Rolle. Dann ist ja alles okay so. Ich dachte in Home müssten X/Y auf null stehen. Vielen Dank!
