Atomstack S10 Pro Cutting Settings

Hi All

I have the Atomstack S10 Pro and when I am cutting small items out of 3mm plywood I am getting roo much burn on the edges of my sides and at times my earring circle that houses the earring hoops or metals burns out.

I am using speed 700/min and 100% 5 passes for bigger projects and getting too much burn on the edges too.

Can you please help?

Hi Wendy. I have the x20 pro. Are you running air assist and using a honeycomb bed? I have good results on 3mm running three passes at 250mm. The brand of plywood, and even the batch can affect the cuts too.

I have the S10, try 250 speed and 85 % power with 1 pass. Every piece of wood seems to be a little different. Have some type of grid under the cut like a honeycomb. I am not using air assist.
