Atomstack x7 PRO says Ready in lightburn but console waiting for connection

I have a Atomstack X7 Pro 50W Flagship Dual-Laser Cutter & Engraving Machine

I have used this many times before and was working up to 2 weeks ago.

Now when i plug in USB it says ready but will not connect.

I have tried different USB cable
re - install software
shutdown and rebooting

nothing is working … Can someone help please ?

Try the remediation steps I’ve called out here and see if it helps:

4 potential remedies: Do you have this issue if you turn on the laser before opening LightBurn? Try right-clicking the Devices button in the Laser window. This forces a reconnect. Is the right port showing in the Port pull-down between the Devices button and the name of your laser? If not, try pulling that down and selecting the right port. Try reconnecting the USB cable while LightBurn is running.
