Hello,
I have an Atomstack X7 Pro laser engraver. Some connections on the electronic board are causing problems and I would like to know if there is a way to resolve it or if motherboard replacements can be purchased from any supplier.
Thank you,
Dani
If you don’t mind losing the display, you can use any mainboard you like (most popular option is the MKS DLC32). Nearly all lasers on the market use similar mechanics and control. It’s just a matter of configuration.
Malvin, thank you very much for your reply. In any case, I’m not sure that the motherboard you mentioned is the right one to solve my problem. The board that is failing is not the general controller but the one inside the laser module, right above the fan and the diode (LY-BC-0183) I’ve attached photos, apologies for not attaching them earlier. Is it possible to buy this board somewhere? Thanks again! Best regards!
Ah, you are talking about the diode driver board. There are multiple ones available at AliExpress, most of them should work (with a little soldering work etc.). Just make sure it’s made for the same wattage.
Malvin, thank you very much for the information!
