Hello, Still new to Lightburn and on trial, i had a k40 before buying a bigger machine that runs on rdc8445s.
in k40 , there was a button that is :mirror design and gets saved until i change it, this way when i import my designs ,they are mirrored and it automatically sends them to the laser as mirrored and i get a cleaner cut since i work in acrylic and i like to keep the brown paper cover on the face of my design before gluing.
Is there a way to make that happen in lightburn so that i wont accidentally forget to press the flip button each time?
You can use the job checklist feature. That will pop up a reminder box when you go to start a job. You can put whatever text in there you wish. It’s located in the Device Settings > Basic Settings tab. (wrench and screwdriver icon)
Hey @LaserTag, can you confirm you have the Ruida RDC8445S controller? I’m just about to buy one but I’m having trouble finding out if Lightburn supports it.
