Hi, has anyone had any issues with creating projects in Lightburn 2 and running on 1.7 ? Currently waiting for a Commarker b4 mopa, so upgraded license and updates to use version 2, but cannot afford to change workshop pc (too old for windows 11 security hardware) running linux. Office desktop is windows 11
Welcome, @NigelB. We take steps to maintain file compatibility where we can. New features presented in version 2.0.00, or any future follow-on versions, will be unknown to your 1.7 version. You should be able to open the newer files and produce, but the newer features may not be represented or understood with the previous version. YMMV
