I’ll add that there’s no easy way to do this. You could used Edit Nodes to manually achieve an approximation of this if you were both relatively artistic and ambitious.
It can be done in Inkscape & Illustrator ( possibly Corel also) . It’s called Envelope Distortion. There are online video tutorials.
I was able to get it done with inkscape Envelope Deformation… Thanks so much!
