Hello I am have serious issues with my new machine. First the X & Z are backwards in my board. Second when I home the machine it goes to the back right corner. I want it in the front left corner. In the machine $3=2.
Sounds like you do not have the ‘Machine Origin’ set correctly in LightBurn.

Home as in homing switches, or home as in a docking position?
Where are your electrical end stops / home stops located?
