Boolean subtract wont working or enable!

If you escape out of node edit, select all of the hand and group it should look correct. I don’t know of any way to make the nodes larger, just keep zooming in.

Node shortcuts–
Hover over the node or the line between nodes select letter. Don’t use Ctrl, just the letter:

I exited nodes mode.

No worries about sizes. Ill figure it out or use my magnifying glass.

Thank you for tips.

I hover over the node and press B to break line but its exit nodes mode instead?

This image appears to have a node that is not connected to the rest of the inner shape. This is why that shape is not filling as you’d expect.

A bit difficult to see in this image, but looks like there is a similar, end-node shown here. I might try zooming into that area and investigate further.

First things first, make sure and select all of the hand before grouping. Also “Edit>Delete Duplicates” Only two things it could be.

Scond, Select the hand, change layer to line, ungroup. Then select line, select Edit Nodes. When I hover over a node and type “B”, grab the big node, move it and its end of the line is not connected anymore

Node editing and Boolean operations takes a little work to master but after a little practice it starts making sense and goes faster.

I think that node your arrow points at is the result of you breaking the line. They are connected on the artwork you sent. Gotta go… Good luck!
