I have a JPG image loaded and trying to cut out text so that the underlying image doesn’t burn. I have used the outline tool to get the cut lines, but when I go to the Boolean menu, it’s grayed out. Even if I make a square or oval shape, the menu stays grayed out.
Boolean operation only work with vectors and only two at a time.
If you have an image, use image masking.
If you have issues, sing out and you can post your files and someone here will assist you in getting the results you’re after.
