Hi, I have a graphic I want to engrave. I have lines and a graphic, the lines engrave , but the graphic will not fill. When I use fill I get the message “Do not support scan in this mode” I am using a 50 watt with Topwisdom controller. Same result when I use Autolaser. I can’t paste the graphic here or I would show you what I wan’t to print. I have tried several formats and all the same message. What do ai need to do?
