Today I bought a license and I was not able to activate it. I did not receive a license key. I emailed the support group but until I get a response, is it normal for the max power on my laser to be set at 15%? it is not cutting or changing as I work on a project. (100w)
I also came across an issue, when testing why it was not cutting and trying multiple times, when I tried to Frame the job it was going on a huge rectangle…
