Box sides become distorted the bigger the box

I drew two boxes and they both appear to swell on the sides and cave in at the top when they print. Largest box is 76mm x 158mm set to LINE mode.

I tried opening a new window and drawing a new box but it does the same thing. I have checked the settings (at least the ones I know of), ensured focus and plate is flat to the surface. Any help is appreciated. Running Monport 60w MOPA Fiber Laser, latest version of LightBurn.

Did you import the lens/machine configuration file that was supplied with your machine?

On mine it’s markcfg7 and you import early in the device creation.
