Bug in display window

latest version, created a project, selected a tool. all is ok…
but went back and selected a different bit, an imported tool library.
the tool name was a rather long name, I can’t remember exactly what it was and the license is now expired.
Anyway if you select a tool with a long file name, when you go to the operations menu and click on the operation, the window grows and fits the tool name in, and the project window gets too small to work on anymore, and you can’t shrink it back. I hope that makes sense.

Trying to understand @ewolf , but a few screen captures would really help. You say:

I think you are talking about the trial, which can be extended. I’ll show you where.

You can get to this screen in MillMage at any time by going to HelpLicense Management.

Extend Trial

Click Extend Trial to automatically extend your trial period. You can extend your trial up to 3 times, for an additional 15 days each time. Trial keys over a year old are extended for 30 days, but may only be eligible for a single auto-extension.

Yeah, ran out.
Don’t want to purchase it until it actually gets released.
I guess I’ll have to wait until then.

It has been released for Production.

Aha! V-carve finished! OK, thanks!

This is the first mention of V-carve. This, plus 3D may still be in Beta Testing, but don’t let that hold you back!

Did you try clicking the little square in the upper right corner?

I have and it makes no difference for that problem. If I select different tools with shorter names, and restart the program, the widow can be resized the the same size as the tool description test.

Which OS version are you runing? As @MikeyH identifies, MillMage has been released. The v-carving feature is currently in private beta and will be released as a Pro feature.

I will draw attention from the team regarding the window sizing issue you raise. Thank you.
