I not new to CNC world but only been using a laser for about 6 months.
If I do a simple file drag and drop a 50 x 50mm sqaure and set the pass to 1 speed to 2000 and power to 20% or what ever the file burns twice.
I have check for duplicate lines
I have check to make sure set to 1 pass.
Still does it.
Kicker is if I export that same square to LaserGrbl LaserGrbl only do one pass.
Any help or Ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Make a small example file and post it here, it makes troubleshooting easier.
Additionally to the sample file, does it do two passes in the preview as well? And add a screenshot of your LB window.
Give me a few and I will up load. I did notice last night that if I switch to Ethernet connection instead of USB it did not run two passes but if I switched back to USB it again ran two passes.
