I have the latest update on windows and lightburn (v2.0.04). Ran the “Calibrate Camera Lens” with no issues but running the “Calibrate Camera Alignment” I get a dark image after pressing “Capture Image”. I’ve unplugged camera, restarted lightburn, restarted computer with no help. How do I move forward in this process so I can use my camera? Thank you.
Try changing the camera capture system in main settings first.
Changed the settings from Recommended to Fallback with same result, black screen.
Then probably go through the setup again. You can reset the resolution settings in calibration screen.
I was having the same problem today. Windows 11 has some optimization/optional updates that fixed the problem for me. I’m not sure if it will work for you but you may want to double-check if you have any optional updates (regardless of if you have them set to auto-update).
