I am setting up a new camera and performed the calibration test with no problems. I cannot for the life of me align the camera. LIghtburn automatically shuts down. I’ve read through all of the posts and my honeycomb tray is NOT visible at all. Can anyone suggest anything for me please?

The program closes without any errors.
Lightburn should not, under any circumstances ‘crash’.
This should go to support with all your machine information.
Hopefully @LightBurn will see this and give you some better instructions.

I just installed a USB camera with a zoom lens on the ceiling and had the same problem, the lightburn was turning off after selecting the camera.
The reason is Lightburn’s settings:
Edit> Setting> Camera Capture System> check “Default Capture System”
and everything’s fine
