I have a brand new 4k-W for my D1 Pro 10w with extension. I mounted it at the recommended 27+"'s and no capture then I moved it down and tried it again. Still no capture, getting a little frustrated with a camera from the manufacturer of the software. Picture is attached, just tell me I don’t have to send it back. I can’t update the overlay either… 
Wellllll, I bypassed the camera calibration which should allow me to line up the camera to the workspace and went into camera alignment burned it then had to move that burned image to the correct space and then align things up. Seems like a whole lot of work for something that’s plug and play. But at least I’m up and running, OH!!!
Without a camera window I might add! No view on the right side or anywhere for that matter… I can hit the little camera icon in the top and get an overlay. Which means it is working but the software has a glitch in the coding. Hopefully it get fixed soon, I got the camera so I can view the machine in progress in case something happens in the garage. That pesky never leave a laser running in the other room thing…
