I am writing to report a camera connectivity issue that started in V2.1 RC11. Here are the details of the situation:
Previous Status: In V2.1 RC9, the camera connection was very fast and responsive, though I hadn’t permanently installed the camera yet (I haven’t tested any other versions besides RC9).
The Issue in RC11: The software can detect the camera, but it takes an abnormally long time to actually connect.
Temporary Success: After waiting a long time, it finally connected once, allowing me to complete the calibration.
The Problem Recurring: After closing and restarting LightBurn, the connection failed again and it is now stuck in a “cannot connect” state.
Has anyone else experienced this or found a workaround? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

just to confirm, are you also facing a situation where the camera disconnects immediately after you switch devices or restart LightBurn right after setting it up?
In my case, if I delete the camera and add it again, it reconnects perfectly. However, the moment I restart the software or change devices, it falls right back into this annoying loop of disconnection.
I’ve already submitted a ticket to the support team. Although I couldn’t provide extensive technical details about the camera itself (other than what’s on the packaging), I can confirm that the camera works flawlessly on Windows 11 natively. It is definitely LightBurn losing the connection.
Are you still stuck in this loop, or have you found any temporary workarounds yet?
