Camera doesn't see the item on the bed

Hi there,

I just got the laser on Friday, and started it today. Ran the alignment and the other tests. When I go to put a piece of wood in, it is not even seeing it. I have to move it to the bottom of the bed the wall of it.

So I am now having to manually figure out where the graphic will go. I am not sure why this is doing this, but any help would be awesome.

Can you describe this differently, or show pictures of the issue? I’m not understanding what you’re asking here.
