I got the camera calibrated and aligned. I can see my material on the screen when I update my overlay. It is exactly where it is on the table. I did a test run. I put a circle on the honeycomb bed. I updated my overlay. I put some text on the circle and on my screen they were perfectly centred. When I frame it, it frames about 2 inches below where it should be. Any idea what I am doing wrong? I have watched videos and I can’t figure it out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
My first thought is that something didn’t work correctly with the alignment. I suggest you run the alignment process again.
Please send full application screenshots of what you’re seeing as well as photos of what’s happening if that doesn’t resolve it.
I will try doing the calibration and alignment again. If it doesn’t work I will send photos of everything I do. Thank you for your help.
I’d suggest just doing just the alignment part unless you feel something was missed in the calibration. A calibration issue should be a little more obvious as the overlayed image should look very distorted for it to cause such a big variance.
When you update overlay it changes your job origin back to its normal settings
