Camera Position for K40

Hello All,
I have a K40 enclosure based laser that I want to add a camera for. Looks like a 160 degree lens will work mounted on the lid at the front for when it’s closed instead of needing to be open. Does this work OK, does the software correct for fisheye enough or does it make sense for a different setup?

I found this camera available in Canada readily. Amazon.ca

Any input?

I was going to mount the camera on the inside of the lid in the middle for when it’s closed, so needed 160 for it. It works, but placement is not accurate. What camera did you end up using? You mounted it on the inside front of the lid so used when the lid is open?
