My computer died so I want to download my Lightburn to another computer without having to pay again. Is this possible?
Yes. Typical LightBurn license allows you to install to two computers at once. Simply use the same license key again.
If you get an error message that all activations have been used then you can deactivate the old license in a few ways:
- deactivate from LightBurn on computer no longer needed
- login to License Portal and manage licenses there
- reach out to support@lightburnsoftware.com and explain your situation
