Can multiple users have same settings load, and from where?

I am a teacher at a high school. Each user has their own account to log into on our network. We have a computer (Dell windows11) with lightburn connected to our laser and our tech teacher has the machine settings and material library set up on his account. When another user logs in there are absolutely no settings in lightburn. I had to set up the laser again from scratch and material libraries, layer settings, etc. I know one way to get the settings over to the new user is to export the bundle of all the settings, store it in a public folder/usb drive, then every new user would import that when they startup lightburn.
Two issues with this: 1. It requires training all new users (students/teachers) to locate and import the bundles upon start up the first time, which takes time and requires a teacher to supervise to make sure it’s done properly. 2. If one teacher changes/edits the material library, they would have to export the bundle again, then every user would have to import it each time to ensure they have the latest settings.

My question is, is there a folder, file, location, etc where all the lightburn settings are stored so that any user that logs in will have the laser set up and same material library as everyone else and it will be current as to avoid importing/exporting bundles of settings?

I am not an expert at this, so trust but verify.

What you have is a Desktop application you are trying to run on a network. What you want to do is copy a file with open access to a network secured location.

This is something you might do with Scripting. Have each user execute the (their) Script when they try to open the Lightburn application. That way, they only type in one thing to start Lightburn and automation takes care of the rest. One Lightburn, one LB Bundle, and a Script for each user.

It has been a really long time since I played with this stuff, so I have already reached memory overload.

If this does not get you going, you might contact Lightburn ( Support@LightburnSoftware.com )
